Camden - Kings Bay Council

April 13th Re-Adoption of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay

On ACAPT Brian Lepinepril 13th we will conduct a re-adoption ceremony to reaffirm our commitment to the Officers, Crew and subordinate commands on the Base. The Camden - Kings Bay Council first adopted Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay on April 14, 2011 with CAPT John O'Neill representing the SUBASE. We re-adopted the Command on October 9, 2014, after CAPT James Jenks took command.

At the ceremony, Council President Sam Colville and SUBASE Commanding Officer CAPT Brian M. Lepine will sign a proclamation renewing our adoption of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, reaffirming our commitment to the Officers, Crew and subordinate commands on the Base, and restating our pledge to do everything in our power to promote rapport between our Council and Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay.

All members of the Council are encouraged to attend and show our support for the men and women of the sea services stationed at the SUBASE.

The ceremony will be held from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the St. Marys Submarine Museum. The cost to attend is $20.00 per person, which includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine, soda, and water.

Reservations must be made no later than Friday, April 7th. To RSVP, send the names of people in your group and your check in the proper amount, made payable to "Camden - Kings Bay Navy League Council," to:
