Wounded Warrior to Speak at February 9th Council Dinner Meeting
We have a very special guest for our regularly scheduled February 9th Council dinner meeting - Hugh Conlon from the Wounded Warrior Project. Hugh is a veteran of more than 350 combat missions in Honduras (1988), Panama (1989), and Desert Shield/Desert Storm (1990), where he provided, coordinated and directed medical support in hazardous urban environments without a single US military loss of life. Hugh retired in 2007, and has been undergoing treatment for orthopedic and other physical and emotional issues since then. In 2008, Hugh began service as a speaker for the Wounded Warrior Project, and as a liaison for injured soldiers and their families for the US Army Wounded Warrior Program (AW2).
