Support of Youth Programs is one of the four primary goals of the Navy League of the United States.
Each year, our Council awards a $1,000 college scholarship to a local graduating senior who has demonstrated a commitment to his or her family, community and country.
The Naval Sea Cadet Corps is an important part of the Navy League. The training and education provided to NSCC cadets prepare them exceptionally well for whatever career field they choose. Moreover, the discipline, core values and teamwork these cadets learn will for the basis of their lives as future citizens and leaders in their communities.
The Camden - Kings Bay Council actively supports the Kings Bay Division of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps. See below for recent activity.
The Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps instills in students in United States secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment.
